Pokemon Go: The epic locations Legendary Pokemon NEED
Pokemon Go could throw up some interesting legendary Pokemon battle
POKEMON GO is set to be released in 2016 and new ideas are already being put together for some of the epic locations the rarest Pocket Monsters might be found.
 
For now we only have hints on how developers Niantic plan to moderate and control the placement of Pokemon in the upcoming Android and iPhone title, although a few hints can be found in the launch trailer.
Mewtwo for instance, receives some special treatment during the teaser clip, appearing in Time Square, New York, while Pikachu is found in a back alley street.
Could this mean that the best Pokemon will be part of big events, or does it point to some special locations being cooked up by Nintendo and the Pokemon Company?
In the clip, fans can be rushing to take on Mewtwo, with ten minutes given to defeat him.
 
Webcomic, TheVeryNearFuture, seems to agree with the latter, giving some rather extreme examples of just how far fans may have to go to get their prized specimen.
It appears that Niantic intend to use certain special tools to possibly attract Pokemon to certain areas, with Sweet Honey shown in the trailer as a usable item.
Honey has been used in previous games to attract Pokemon after being applied to special, golden-colored trees.

 
Niantic recently revealed their feelings on the huge investment they had seen from Nintendo, The Pokemon Company and Google to be used to develop Pokemon Go and their overall gaming strategy.
"It’s exciting to finally be able to share some of our big updates. We are hard at work in our new San Francisco and satellite offices preparing for a series of massive, global Ingress events this Fall, readying Pokémon GO for launch next year, and extending our platform to support a variety of experiences that support our core values of exercise, discovery, and fun," Niantic founder John Hanke wrote.
"The Pokémon Company, Google and Nintendo are investing up to $30 million in Niantic, Inc., which includes an initial $20 million upfront and an additional $10 million in financing conditioned upon the company achieving certain milestones."
