Sisters branded 'psycho' after DEMANDING matching nose jobs using skin from their HEADS

Siblings Tannaz and Golnaz did everything together.
Unlike many sisters who succumb to rivalry, the pair were inseparable. They even had their nose jobs done on the exact same day.
But disaster struck when both were unhappy with their results.
Golnaz decided to try and live with her botched rhinoplasty, but Tannaz refused to and had another two surgeries done.
Medical professional Dr Terry Dubrow said: "To summarise, they're both type A psychos.
"(The sisters) want high-risk surgery done on the centre of (their) face."
In response, Golnaz said: "I'm already a Type A psycho, so I don't need to be looking more masculine.
"Type A psycho just means that you're kind of neurotic, but you're also motivated."
Cosmetic surgeon Dr Paul Nassif agreed to help the sisters.
Because they had already undergone nose surgery, Dr Nassif had to harvest tissue from the sisters' heads to reconstruct both of their noses.
He said: "I'm really happy with the way these noses turned out, and I really hope these girls appreciate and enjoy (them)."
After the sisters unveiled their noses to family and friends they said: "We're done. No more surgeries!"
